Huge parking lot in front. Some of the carts are wonky, it can take a minute to find one that will roll properly. I came early November, there were a ton of Christmas items for sale, I could find no Hannukah decorations for sale. The store is well laid out and organized. I saw no employees working the sales floor. Prices seem to be reasonable.
Staff were welcoming and helpful, including the cart stocker, an employee stocking shelves and the checkout cashier. However, the baby changing station is hazardous. No baby is safe on their changer. The table leans down. If you put any weight on the table, it leans even further. Crazy! Can’t believe this is open for use. At Home needs to fix this asap.
Well organized, smells great, but whenever I would find a display piece, there would never be the boxed item anywhere near to be found. Maybe I'm out of touch with the economy, but some of the furniture pricing is way out there $$$ yikes! For the love of me, I didn't see one entertainment stand or living room stand or bookshelf. Plenty of couches or chairs. If you're looking for a small or unique housewarming gift, it would be a good place to find.
The older, yellow toothed female cashier(whose name I did not get) working at line one for the customer pickup was extremely rude. I attempted to ask for assistance from an associate to bag up a display model tree as there were no others in the bay. Before I could even finish asking, she sarcastically told me if I wanted a tree I needed to grab a cart, put the tree in the cart, and bring it to the front. As if I don't understand how to purchase an item. 4 star review because the associate(Daniel) I found to get the floor model for me was extremely courteous and seemed to be working diligently, the store is lucky to have him.
Love the store. The selection of glass container stock is limited not as vast as it was three months ago. Hopefully new designs are coming.
I purchased a floor sample and inquired about a percentage off, the manager was very frigid and act as if I was speaking a foreign language. She stated that they do not give a discount on floor samples. When I reached out to cooperate they claimed that it is the discretion. I knew she was a liar ! I will never shop there again. She most likely gives discounts to people based on their race!

I went to the At Home store in Kenner looking for a really large pot for some medium sized trees. I was not disappointed because they had a really large selection. This is a good place and I will be back soon.
